Alpes Lasers is a spin-off company from the University of Neuchâtel. It has been founded mid 1998 by J. Faist (co-inventor of the Quantum Cascade Laser), M. Beck and A. Müller. Alpes Lasers is the first company offering the emerging Unipolar Laser technology for spectroscopy applications.
