Maintenance of product quality and customer service are the foundations upon which Bay Voltex has grown and will continue to serve the high technology temperature control marketplace. Extensive engineering effort has been provided to design unique plumbing and refrigeration circuits to eliminate the major causes of system failure (coolant and refrigeration leaks).
In addition to its commercial products, Bay Voltex has been a pioneer with its program designing custom packaged systems of OEM accounts. Bay Voltex's philosophy has been to work closely with OEM account engineers to develop temperature control systems that meet their exact requirements for performance and packaging. In general, a full prototype can be delivered within 10 weeks of specification finalization. This approach contrasts dramatically with the conventional method of simply offering catalog products with customers having to adapt these systems to work for their application.
