Our relationship with you begins with an understanding of your applications and requirements. To achieve this, we have built up a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers who have an in-depth training in our products and how they will fit into a user's working environment. We undertake to provide applications support throughout your instrument's working life.
We are part of the European L.O.T. group, which has its head office in Darmstadt, Germany. We have sister companies in France, Italy, Holland and Switzerland. As well as providing financial stability, we are able to call on a deep pool of knowledge around Europe to complement our own.
