Celia checks manufactured headlamps at end of the production line
Analysis of the light beam luminance quality (European or US or Japanese cut-off line, any kind of lamps "H4, H7, discharge lamps…").
- Geometrical setting on horizontal/vertical position
- Checking of the levelling actuator operation
- Measurement of the bulb consumption
- Top quality large lens
- Luminance control of all light beams (high beam, fog light, low beam whatever they are either European or US or Japanese) and whatever the lamp nature (halogen or xenon)
- Setting any kind of headlamps (conventional, elliptical, bifunction)
- Statistical calculation on checking
- Test of the static or dynamic levelling actuators
- Possible checking of the chromatism (elliptical), interconnection with the internal plant network, telemaintenance, design of the checking cycle
- Upgradability : extra modules at request (AFS, DRL…)
