The machine controls production ( pâté trays, lardoons, sausages, slice cooked ham, poultry meat, beaf meat, smoked salmon and trout, breaded products…) at a rate of 5,400 trays/hour, with a travelling speed of 1m/sec. and ejects faulty trays.
It can easily be integrated in all existing conveyor configurations.
It performs the following inspections :
- Detection of intruders of 0.5mm2 in seals
- Inspection of use-by date presence and veracity
- Inspection of membrane seal position
A vision system inside an industrial package processes images in real time.
The stainless package is fitted with a flat screen and a waterproof functional keyboard that enables the user to access the operating reports of the production monitoring, to change the parameters, to originate new kinds of products.
