The CD50 are cable displacement transducers. They permit to measure with absolute or incremental mode the displacement of moving parts in relation to an original point.

Functioning Principle :
The CD50 linear transducer works on the principle of the tense of a coil spring loaded cable between the mobile element and a
landmark. It converts the linear displacement in angular movement.
His axis activates a potentiometer, an incremental encoder or an absolute encoder.
