Multi-component process spectrometer
OPTAS™ is a multi-component analyzer for chemical, petrochemical, food and beverage and water treatment applications.The measuring principle is the dispersive absorption sectrometry between 185nm and 2,500nm. It covers ultraviolet (UV), visible (VIS) and near infrared (NIR) spectra. The spectrum of the sample will be measured up to 100 times per second by a detector array consisting of hundreds of discrete detectors. The evaluation is made by chemometric principle in which an algorithm compares the spectrum of the sample with archived sample spectra.
The analyzer allows to measure 30 user defined components in gases, liquids, fluids and melts.
