In several cases, coulometry is an alternative to volumetry and often offer decisive advantages, main of these being :

absolute titration method,
no titrating solution, so constant volume of titration medium,
as a consequence, no calibration,

which obviously does not exclude the analytic rigour and the verification of general good working.The MIPO 5 servocoulometer is not only dedicated to titrations. It can also insure all necessary steps to an analysis thanks to high performance mineralisation means allowing mineralisation of gases, liquids and solids.

Mineralisation : the principle of the mineralisation used for MIPO 5 is a controlled pyro-combustion. Gases issued of the mineralisation are driven in the titration cell where they are absorbed under titrable species form.

Titration cell : 30 years of experience and of know how conduce us to design 2 types of cell, very simple, and which combine rigour of measure conditions and using facility, and also respecting the required constraints.
