The Vistec system is used on all robotized islands meant for installation of polish and of passenger compartment components, in the automobile sector. The Vistec head allows control of the quality and continuity of the paste cord, through monitoring in real time, with an indication of the result at the end of deposition.

The projection of a laser trait on the paste cord, at the output of the installation pipe, allows Visioscope to process the data in order to measure and then validate the height of the cord as well as its volume.The camera/laser combination is interdependent with the pipe; it captures up to 240 images per second.

This product was developed in partnership with the company RAMBURE/EURATECH.
