Description:
The 1/6“ sensor is an interline CCD solid state image sensor suitable for PAL small color cameras. Ye, Cy, Mg and G complementary color mosaic fi lters are used. At the same time, high sensibility and low dark current are achieved through the adoption of Super HAD CCD technology.
This chip features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time.
