Low-cost packages supporting 10Gbps and higher

Up to now, coaxial connectors were required for 10Gbps or higher application, pushing the total cost high by the needs of butterfly type packages. Based on a conventional structure package, a new economical approach of "non-connector type" package has been developed using the electric at simulation and design technologies for transmission lines.
