Internal clock with calendar (+/-1.3min/month).
Automatic triggering of measurements (for example at depth threshold).
Sampling rate programmable from 1s to 99hrs : it is possible to work using 2 different sampling rates, in order to perform temperature profiles.
Memory autonomy : up to 300,000 coupled measurements (Temperature + Depth).
Energy : allows to take 50,000,000 coupled measurements (Temperature + Depth), i.e. in excess of 3 years of constant operation at a 2s sampling rate (factory replaceable Lithium batteries).

Communication : electromagnetic transmission without connector, using a reading interface (Data Pencil) connected to a PC serial link.

Mechanical characteristics :
- Dimensions : 120 mm x 25 mm.
- Weight : 75g in air, 9g in water.

Shock protection for use in harsh environments is available for the SP2T range.
