These laser diodes are high quality, high power multimode broad stripe devices. They are manufactured by LDX Optronics. RPMC is the exclusive representative for all LDX devices world-wide.

LDX focuses on the more unusual wavelengths, the wavelengths most other manufacturers cannot or will not produce. If you need huge quantities of the standard wavelengths, you probably should contact Coherent Semiconductor, Thales, Spectra Physics, or some other laser diode firm. But if you need a non-standard wavelength, higher brightness, special stripe configuration, or unusual packaging, that is our specialty. LDX usually either has it or can manufacture it. LDX can produce most of the common single emitter laser diode packages including c-mounts, TO-18, TO-3 cans, 9mm cans, high heat load package (HHL), various fiber coupled packages, and others.
