DENSO, the world’s largest OE-supplier of air conditioning systems, has the answer to the problem of expensive replacement of AC-compressors: DENSO’s own re-manufacturing programme. In our own plant, we have the expertise and facilities to replace worn parts with original, new components. In other words: a re-manufactured unit from DENSO is practically no different from one that is new.
The objections to re-manufactured AC-compressors are well known: a significantly shorter lifetime, more rapid wear and lower quality. But as our re-manufactured AC-compressors are practically identical to new units – in our re-manufacturing we often include the most recent modi¬fications – we guarantee al long lifetime, comparable to ‘as-new quality’.
Re-manufacturing is only possible if we take back failed compressors. For this purpose, DENSO has set up an efficient collection service. This ensures rapid settlement of your return fee. On top of that, you and your customers profit from the savings DENSO realises with the re-manufacturing of compressors (reduction in manufacturing costs). Now the repair bill has become comparatively affordable, the decision between repairing and driving around without air conditioning is easily made.
