High Power: The AMP-20 is an add-on module for the UPL-20 laser: A rugged, diode-pumped OEM-style laser amplifier with high output power of more than 30 W of quasi-cw ps-radiation at 1064 nm.

Reliable pulses: The AMP-20 nearly doubles the peak power and pulse energy of the nearly bandwidth-limited ps-pulses of the UPL-20 (<10ps, 160 MHz) but maintains pulse width and the perfect spatial properties. Designed for hands off operation (efficient lay out; conservative, computer controlled operation conditions) the AMP-20 offers a maximum of reliability. The system is sealed and temperature controlled to be independent of environmental conditions.

Modular Design: The combination UPL-20 laser / AMP-20 amplifier with frequency conversion modules enables the users to choose from a variety of wavelengths at enhanced power levels. The system works with the FCS Frequency Conversion Systems for the generation of 532 and 355 nm. These modules are factory prealigned, their monolithic and sealed assembly connects to the laser simply by alignment pins. A rugged synch-pumped OPO for 1.5 µm multi-watt radiation can be supplied.
