ARK Horizontal ATR designed for for reflectance analysis

Although available in the standard Horizontal ATR flat and trough plate configurations, this ARK system has been developed for reflectance analysis at extreme conditions. Its engineering offers performance at temperatures up to 200C and pressures to 500psi. A flow cell design with a 65ml volume permits analysis of aqueous and non-aqeous samples. A leakproof kalrez "o" ring seal is assured even under maximum pressurized conditions. All top plates are teflon coated for enhanced chemical resistivity and their pinned mounting permits top plate interchange for reproducible results. The accessory's low volume, fully purged optical cavity ensures optimum sampling conditions. Its baseplate mount design offers stable optical alignment. A dual controller accompanies the accessory to independently regulate and monitor sample and top plate temperatures. The unit is supplied with an electrically heated flow cell assembled with a 45 degree ZnSe crystal, temperature controller, 1/16 inch o.d. teflon tubing and fittings. Optional flat and trough plates are available for ambient analysis.
