Designed around a moderate resolution 32 x 32 uncooled thermopile focal plane array (FPA), this new breakthrough allows the AXT25C to be priced far below its competition.
Incorporated into the Mini Core is a 32:1 MUX, 16 bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, 12-bit dual digital-to-analog (D/A) converter, 32 amplifiers, 3.3V regulator, and thermopile self-test switching feature.
The AXT25C has a temperature measurement range of -20°C to 500°C.
Applications: Firefighting, HVAC building inspection and security, portable thermal imaging systems, industrial process monitoring, oven control and process monitoring, medical and diabetic monitoring, and any other low cost thermal imaging application
