In the latest interference filter generation of mso jena, all-dielectric multilayer coatings on a single substrate provide high optical densities over user defined stopbands between 350 and 1100 nm. The performance of the filter coatings allows to abandon absorbing substrates and provides maximum flexibility for the choice of substrate material and thickness. The filters are deposited by plasma ion-assisted deposition and excel by environmental stability and shift-free spectral performance.

Typical filter parameters are transmittance >90% in the passband and optical density > 5 in the stopband. Cut-on or cut-off wavelengths are adjusted to demand. mso jena is focused on OEM components for precision optical instruments.
