The ArielNet AN-4400 is a Local Area Network (LAN) that consists of a number of Wireless Network Controllers that communicate through a direct sequence spread-spectrum radio link. The AN-4400 provides the communications path between the host system resources and remote locations at speeds up to 4 MB/s. An RE-232c interface with a modem-like command set allows easy integration with a wide variety of standard data systems.

The AN-4400 provides a comprehensive solution for 2.4 Ghz extended-range point-to-point communications. When coupled with a focusing device such as a parabolic or yagi antenna, the achievable range is only restricted by line-of-sight limitations.
