Based on this experience, we know what it takes to make arrays that deliver the greatest efficiency for your laser systems. We engineer features into our arrays that address potential problems associated with stresses in the fiber, epoxy burning, epoxy outgassing, and output spot size. Our array assemblies are extremely rugged and reliable.Core to core spacings ranging from less than 100 microns to over 1mm Tolerances on fiber core positions of 10 microns or less V groove substrate: Aluminum, silicon Metallized fibers optional Multiple input and output legs Up to 40 fibers per array Fiber size: 60µm core to 200µm Fiber type: Fused silica core and cladding, .22 NA Sheathing: Reinforced PVC, monocoil, armor Custom output configurations and terminations AR coating: 532nm-1625nm Output power: > 100 Watts Coupling efficiencies: 80% or higher
