The CNL 7500V camera has been designed in accordance with the most advanced technologies, in order to be capable of creating high-speed nocontact measurement and monitoring systems, particularly in the industrial field. The CNL 7500V camera belongs to a new generation of high-speed line scan cameras, which also includes the CNL 2575V and the CNL 5150V. In fact the purpose of this monitoring device is to optimise production quality
while not imposing any limitation on continuously increasing production speeds. The CNL 7500V line scan digital camera is capable of line frequencies up to 2.5 kHz, but this has no detrimental effects on its sensitivity, high resolution, quality, robustness or ease of operation. Moreover, in order to ensure optimum effectiveness and ease of use, transmission is implemented over a single 8-bit RS-422 differential channel, thus presenting a high level of immunity from electromagnetic interference. In addition, operation of the CNL 7500V requires only a single-voltage broad input-tolerance power supply, and has a built-in test-board generator which can be controlled externally. In its standard version, the camera comes in the form of a strong metal case with four fixing surfaces and one reference surface, and with a mounting for standard mid-size Mamiya 645 lenses. The CNL 7500VS has been designed for customers who need both the sensitivity of the CNL 8000S and the advantages of the serie V cameras (large power supply range, 20 MHz pixel frequency, parity bit...)
