Designed to be mounted directly below a crystal growth system, the CRT4000 may be used for crucible movement in either Czochralski or Bridgman growth

The unit features a water-cooled, stainless-steel crucible support shaft and is supplied complete with microprocessor controlled drive units and vacuum flange
Sealed for operation under vacuum or pressure to 2 bar absolute.
Wide range of rotation/translation rates.
High torque 10,000 steps per revolution stepper motors.
Temperature measurement - support shaft accommodates thermocouple for control or monitoring of crucible base temperature
