The CS200, as the result of FOGALE nanotech's know-how as far as the capacitive technology is concerned, enables, in industrial environment, highly performant non-contact dimensional measurement in static or dynamic. Its low price, its metrologic performances and its insensitivity to electromagnetic disturbances are factors of its good quality/price ratio. The CS200T version is suited to MCC-HT high temperature sensors.
Examples of application :
- Measurement of tyre shape defects,
- Measurement of glass object shape at high temperature (plates, window glass…),
- Positioning of telescope mirror,
- Liquid nitrogen, LNG level probe…
Technical specifications :
- Output signals : 0-10 V and 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA proportional to the sensor to target distance
- Bandwidth : from 0 up to 5 kHz
- Repeatibility : 0,01 % of measuring range
- Thermal drift : < 0,01 % of measuring range per °C
- Power supply : 100 up to 240 V - 50/60 Hz (12 or 24 Vdc in option)
