For high power CO2 lasers operating in CW or pulsed mode, the CT-1530 is designed to operate in pressure ranges from 5 to 200 mBar. The CT-1530 can be used to extend laser gas life in either closed-cycle or open-cycle recirculating modes.
Gas Circulation Flow Rate: Variable from 0 to 10 liter/min.
Gas Pressure Range: 5 to 200 mBar
Leak Test Certification: Helium leak tight to 1 x 10-7 scc/sec.
Pwer Requirements: 220 VAC, 15A, 50/60 Hz.
