CTRL is the our process control software. It was developed during the past 7 years for use on machines of our production, and grew up to be a stand-alone product available to other machine builders.
CTRL runs on any PC, desktop, industrial, laptop or touch screen, and activates off the shelf I/O boards plugged into the PC.
CTRL speaks plain English (and can be translated into any other language easily), not obscured symbols. It integrates digital I/O, Analog I/O, motion control and management into one environment.
CTRL responds immediately. You can type a command and activate it while
typing. No compilation, no file transfer, no going in and out, no serial links, no hassle.
CTRL enables you to split your process into STATIONS of your choice, grouping related actions into a logical unit. You can then edit each station individually, test it, debug and even run it, one line at a time, blocks of lines or the whole station, while the other stations are idle.
CTRL accepts you the way you are. You do not have to complete the program in order for it to run. You may leave one program in the middle and run another. In fact, the best time to program is after all the hardware is mounted and wired. You can then sit at the machine and
move things from the keyboard as you type, modify and move again until perfected, then move on to handle another line or different device.
