The customer wants to generate a 9 different sulfur compound blend in the
0,1 mg/m3 to 50 mg/m3 range, balance is methane .
Solution :
- Sources : 8 compounds are generated through 16 permeation tubes for high
and low levels, for the last compound we use a permeation tube for low levels
and a cylinder for high levels .
- 3 different furnaces at different temperatures are used for the permeation
tubes . The flow regulation for these furnaces is done through 2 Mass Flow
Controllers .
- The blend coming from the permeation chambers and the cylinder are then
diluted with a dilution system .
