Under normal use, the PhaseCam™ 4000 does not require calibration. We use this jig to ensure that optical performance is maintained after an instrument has been shipped or temperature cycled. Since many of our customers have requested the ability to check instrument calibration, we have made the calibration jig a part of our standard accessory list. The PhaseCam™ 4000 calibration jig allows a periodic check of the instrument and recalibration to guarantee the highest possible performance. Calibration is very easy and takes only a few minutes. The calibration jig is shipped in a wooden box and comes with complete instructions
