The 1412 Range of cameras:

The 1412 range of cameras are based around the Sony ICX-285 family of chips, the monochrome and multi-spectral variations of the family use the ICX-285AL chip, whilst the dedicated colour model uses the ICX-285AQ chip.

The design of this camera is modular; taking the 1412 as a base unit you can add a Gen III intensifier, a four position filter changer or a two stage TE cooler. In fact you can combine these to produce variants with a filter wheel and an intensifier, or a cooled camera with a filter wheel.
