Low temperatures in restricted spaces are no problem to the latest infrared linescanner from Land Instruments International.

The new Landscan Pro infrared process imaging system has been designed to generate high speed temperature profiles (up to 100Hz) from 50 to 400°C, with accuracy to better than ±3°C.

The LSP61 linescanning head has a wide scan angle of 80° and a field of view of 100:1.

LSP61 has a small footprint and is just 209 x 206 x 100mm in size, the head is compact enough to fit where space is limited without absorbing excessive heat from the process being monitored.

A built-in Class 2 laser defines the scan plane and sighting angle making the initial set up a quick and simple process.

A complete range of scanner mounting assemblies, water cooling and air purging options are also available to suit most operating environments.

Completing the system is the new Landscan LSP Signal Processor, with serial and Ethernet temperature data outputs that can interface to local process controls, or the new Landscan Control software.

Suitable for a wide range of low-temperature applications, Landscan Pro is intended for use in
manufacturing industries such as plastics thermoforming, coating processes, paper, polymer-based flooring and building products such as plaster board.
