The task of this multiple station is to carry out the load-test of the water meters, verifying the efficiency of the counting system and archiving the data in order to maintain historical traceability. Given the complexity of the testing, it is necessary to test 100% of the production, upon unloading from the assembly line, the pallets are coded with a radio frequency system which allows them to be recognised during the various testing phases.
