ACTINI designs and implements continuous heat treatment pieces of equipment especially dedicated to noble and fragile biopharmaceutical liquids (fermentation solution, sterile liquid drugs, potent biological tissues, vaccines).
Goal of the application : Make the biological tissues innocuous while preserving their spreading out properties and their immune defense.
Operating principle: The equipment starts up by a complete sterilization cycle in order to avoid any risk of contamination by undesirable germs.Afterwards, the potent liquid enters in a continuous way and is submitted to a very precise heat treatment temperature (Fo). The solution is then rapidely cooled, all these stages being made in a continuous way..
Advantages of the process: - Masterly command of the aseptic process. - Fully automatic system ensuring maximum security. - 100% continuous process (flexibility, productivity). - Optimization of the cleaning in line - Almost no maintenance - Passive securization (automatic shutting down in case of power outing) - Best productivity and important energy saving Range - Standard flow rates: ranging from 200 to 15.000 l/h - Available heating systems: electrical (Actijoule®) or steam
