This shearing/punching machine is used to cut and drill two standard 6.5 x 13mm holes in a single operation. The blade or the punches can be quickly removed to transform the machine into either a simple punching or shearing machine.
The dies can be interchanged according to the different rail profiles ("G", "hat", "C" profile, etc.).
Shearing/punching machine on base, with reducing gear 0.75 KW 380 V, torque limiter.
Electrical pedal control.
Moveable safety housing.
Each machine is supplied with1 blade and 2 standard 6.5 X 13 mm punches,one 1m20 straightedge, stop and stand.
The dies are chosen according to the railsto be cut (see table below).
Tooling can be quickly switched over, with no need for a spanner

for symmetrical 35 X 15 X 1.5 rails,
