The principle function of a cryopump is to capture and retain gases from within a vacuum chamber. Cryopumps are ultra-clean, contaminant-free dry pumps that have an ability to effectively pump water vapor over and beyond other devices. A cryopump system is suitable for applications that operate in the HV and UHV vacuum pressure ranges.
