There are two reasons why CabTec occupies a leading place on the market for preassembled cables and cable assemblies, one that is based on benefit. On the one hand there is our technical and logistics expertise. On the other hand CabTec is able to produce the required specifications at low cost at a low-wage location using modern machinery. Our processing expertise extends from simple leads through to fibre-optic cables.

Our range of products is extended by plastics technology. Customer-specific plugs or cable extrusions can be implemented individually.

Manufacture of ribbon cable fittings
Manufacture of sets of leads and cable trees (cutting, insulation stripping, crimping, tin plating, twisting)
Manufacture of assemblies, such as drag chains
Labelling systems: Ink-jet printing, Tampoflex and hot embossing stations
Test systems: Test computers and high-voltage systems
Crimpers and stripper crimpers for processing band contacts
Fine solder workplaces
Injection moulding machines: Extrusion of plugs, injecting cable bushes, plastic plugs, customer-specific plug applications.
