DALSA's Vision Systems Group designs state-of-the-art turnkey digital imaging solutions for industrial inspection, with a focus on high performance plastic films. We have extensive experience with transparent, translucent and colored films in all gauges.

A high-end inspection system is only as good as the front-end image capture, so our systems begin with our state-of-the-art sensor and camera technology. Many vendors focus on software and image processing hardware in order to correct their image capture deficiencies. Their approach may be acceptable for lower performance applications, but it leaves the high performance market under-serviced. DALSA serves that high end with outstanding plant-floor inspection systems.
