PRINCIPLE
Its function is to separate and easily evacuate large solids carried by raw water, which may hinder treatment works or cause blockages of the equipements.
USE
To screen all domestic and industrial effluent. Can be adapted to any flow rate.
OPERATION
This equipement is fully automatic. It is controlled by a head loss sensor or by a timer. When the cleaning system is required, the gear motor is switched on, pulling the cleaning rake which was originally in a horizontal position. This position is obtained at the end of each cycle thanks to a position switch.
CONSTRUCTION
The DCM curved bar screen consist of: :
A curved screen, non-deformable,
A one-piece vessel,
A cleaning rake,
A comb cleaning device,
An oversized geared motor, water proof and tropicalized,
An horizontal stop device of the arm,
Torque switch limitator.
