DIGICUT is a pure VHP water jet cutting machine specially designed for flexible sheet products cutting applications (foam, insoles, soles , counters, flexible gaskets…)

The DIGICUT cutting machine is constituted of a welded frame with an integrated stainless steel tank, 2 tables, a 3 axis gantry with bellows driven from the two sides of the frame by a rail and precision racks system. The gantry holds a carriage equipped with 2 or 5 cutting heads with pneumatic control valves. The centre distance of the heads is adjustable. The parts for cutting are laid on the first shuttle table which is transferred to the cutting area while the second shuttle table resets itself in the loading/unloading area. The materials for cutting are laid on a support constituted of honeycomb plates or on a punctual contact support (only for the DIGICUT 2015) according to the materials nature.

The HP water inlet is made by a VHP tubings. The access of the machine is protected by immaterial barriers.

The cutting heads are supplied with DIGITAL CONTROL pump :
- SX 245 (60 Hp) - 3800 bars -

Two versions of DIGICUT are available :
- DIGICUT 2015 : 2 heads
- DIGICUT 2030 : 5 heads
