The Olis DM 45 scanning spectrofluorimeter is a compact and modular fluorescence instrument introduced in 2000. Standard detection is achieved with a highest sensitivity photon counting module , with useful spectral ranges of 210-650 nm or 300-850 nm. Optional detection hardware can be highest speed photomultiplier tubes (180-800 nm) or NIR optimized InGaAs detectors (choose models to 1700 nm or 2600 nm).
