The portable DPC 20 manometer was specially designed to measure the pressure of aerosol cans. The DPC 20 is easy to use, for multiple applications adapted, robust enough to stand the hard conditions of an industrial environment.

EASY TO USE:
The lightweight and handy device is easy to use. The measured value is immediately displayed on the digital LCD indicator. Besides the instantaneous value, it can also display the maximum value (or the minimum value in case of negative pressure). Consequently, the value can be read whereas the measurement has already been carried out, i.e. it is not necessary to leave the device on the valve of the aerosol dispenser.

FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS ADAPTED:
The DPC 20 manometer can be set up with the following five parameters to suit the needs of the particular application. It is operated using the two keys on the front panel.
- Measurement unit (choice of 8 different units)
- Display mode (instantaneous value, minimum or maximum value)
- Tolerance limits
- Sample size (up to 20 readings can be memorised and transfered to the SPC 400 aerosol or to a PC)
- Absolute or differential measurement
If tolerance settings are used , every variance above or below the preset values is diplayed so that it can be immediately seen if a value is too high or too low.
The DPC 20 can memorise up to 20 measurements and has a battery life of 10 hours (100 hours in stand by mode); it can be used anywhere in the plant.
Using its RS-232 serial link it can also be connected to a PC or other data acquisition device, for example the SPC 400 aerosol quality control station.

ROBUST IN THE INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT:
The DPC 20 is designed to stand up to the knocks of a normal industrial environment, nevertheless still meeting the important requirements of speed, reliability and precision. Its robust housing is made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium, without any special setting up. Thanks to its tidy design and high quality components, it is really adapted to the industrial conditions of work.
The sensor contains a very small quantity of gas which eliminates any problem when reading negative pressures. To make it possible to clean the manometer, it has an easily accessible, stainless steel flush fitting membrane. The device is supplied in a small carrying case with adapters for male valves (3.3 to 4 mm stems) and female valves.
