The systematic and controlled transfer of forces requires a maximum precision and stability of the press.
To do justice to these demands, high-quality constructive solutions are exact as important as the use of the best possible materials. The continual growing demands to quality and safety, getting more and more narrow production tolerances and the therewith united rise of the production capacity beyond that make a control and monitoring of the pressing process necessary.
Therefore, the DSM precision presses are equiped with a measure- and control electronic, which enables an evaluation and control of the pressing process with the components of the DSM complete system. Perhaps appearing errors like for example tapered drills are so beeing noticed already during the production procedure, signalized and immediately evaluated. This leads to a 100 % quality assurance and therewith in the last analysis to a reduction of the production costs, because perhaps later needed controls aren´t necessary any more.
