The single stage DSM right angle nuturnners of the series BLH are specialy developed for the use in individual productions, small series or for productions which can´t be done machanical.
With the types BLH 51/20 MDW and BLH 51/40 MDW exist right angle nutrunners with a torque from up to 40 Nm. Nutrunners with a higher torque can be delivered on inquiry.
By all types, a 100 % fastening process is safed by a torque and angle of rotation measuring converter.
The right angle nutrunners are equiped with an attention-free, brushless motor and can be run either clockwise or counterclockwise by electronical switching.
The ergonomic handle is equiped with a selection switch for a quick program-switching. An OK/NOT-OK display informs the user of the fastening result. The standard angle head off drive can be changed into a flat off-drive by an optional adaption.
Additional there is an execution with a flat off-drive (700 rqm, 15 Nm).
The necessary cable connections, which can be delivered in 5 or 10 meters, are pluggable at the nutrunner so that they don´t handicap the working process. All types can be operated with the DSM fastening control unit Multisystem I-M or PICO and with the DSM power section Multisystem BL-H.
