DYNAM3 FNC tube bender
In addition to our laser tube cutting services, Alabama Laser also offers tube bending services with our DYNAM3 FNC Tube Bender. This CNC machine is used in high volume tube bending jobs for tubes with an O.D. up to 63 mm (on round tubes). The tube bender can be configured for left-hand or right-hand bends.
Using the 4 tool stack device, the DYNAM3 allows the production of complex components without straight sections between the bends.
This tube bender has a variable radius function which allows for bends of different radiuses to be made on the same part (example pictured at left). This function can be integrated into the same bending program as standard draw bending, opening up a wide range of applications, avoiding re-bend operations on the machine, and saving up to 50% of processing time.
The DYNAM3 tube bender is suitable for a broad range of industries such as automotive components (exhaust system and manifolds), furniture (beds), and structural and architectural components made of stainless steel or aluminium.
