Dantec Dynamics supplies customised flowmeters to be built into other manufacturer’s equipment on an OEM basis. Such solutions are typically required when the flow of air is used as a measure of a quality parameter (e.g porosity). They can also be used if the air-flow itself is the primary quantity to be measured. Dantec Dynamics’s customised flowmeters are all thermal anemometers, in which a small heated sensor is exposed to the flow.

Main features:
Flow range: 6 ml/m into 60 l/min.
Wide dynamic range. Typically 1:50, max. 1:500.
Fast response to flow changes. Time constants typically less than 0.01 second.
Low pressure drop.
Temperature-compensated.
Pressure-independent.
