DEFECT INSPECTOR is a software for ferrule end-face automated visual inspection. It can be used in conjunction with most high quality microscopes. Software parameters enable the user to easily customize the sizes of the zones of interest on the ferrule end-face as well as the PASS/FAIL criteria.
