For the treatment of multiple types of vascular and cutaneous lesions the DioLix-Vas laser is tuned to 940 nm emission wavelength. This wavelength is absorbed by haemoglobin and thus causes effective photosclerosis of vessel under treatment.

The high powered DioLix-Vas laser system successfully eliminates benign vascular lesions as facial and leg telangiectases, hemangiomas, port wine stains, post sclerotherapy matting and angio fibromas.
For uniform coagulation of larger blood vessels the DioLix-Vas laser delivers 90 Watts of peak power. In comparison to other lasers which emit visible laser radiation like green or yellow the DioLix-Vas laser coagulates deeper through the entire volume of the vessel. No vascular perforation occurs and no purpura can be observed.
For the treatment of different vessel diameters the MultiFoc focussing handpieces are available with different spot sizes in the range from 0.6 through 1.5 mm. Thanks to the plug-on design the focussing optics can be exchanged for a different spot size within seconds.

The DioLix-Vas offers a minimally invasive endovascular treatment of varicose veins. The vessel is closed from inside throught the use of laser fiber which is introduced into the vein. The DioLix-Vas laser is used for the minimally invasive endovascular treatment of varicose veins. The treated vessel shrinks from the inside due to the generated laser heat.

The DioLix-Vas laser is well suited for the treatment of diverse benign skin anomalies like different types of warts, condylomatas, xantelasmas and atheromas. The DioLix-Vas laser treatment is bloodless and less painful compared to conventional procedures.
