Medline are exclusive UK distributors for LiNA Medical's range of disposable diathermy pencils for electrosurgery and smoke evacuation systems, developed for optimal removal of electrosurgical smoke and odour from the operating theatre.

The LiNA range offers a wide choice of Electrosurgical pencils, including the 'Shark' the first streamlined disposable diathermy pencil with a built-in smoke evacuation channel, Electrosurgery accessories and Smoke Evacuation Units.

Electrosurgical pencils are available in both disposable & re-usable configurations. Re-usable pencils can be either finger or foot switch operated and are proven to work through 100 autoclave cycles.

Colour coded Loop and Conization for Lletz & Leep procedures
Angled for use with Arthroscopy
Tungsten and Adenoid.
Coated electrodes to minimise build up of burnt tissue
Smoke Evacuation Units are available both as a space efficient desktop model or as a trolley model where greater mobility is required. Both units utilise a quiet but powerful suction pump that achieves a flow rate in the region of 80-115 litres per minute at the surgical site, ensuring a high level of smoke plume collection.
