The system incorporates an emergency diverter system which will, upon opening a remote contact, cause the valve to move to completely open the port to the stack. The action overrides all other modes of control
The actuator is built in two parts. One is the hydraulic power skid which contains the following:
2 Pumps and their Drive Motors.
1 Hydraulic Reservoir
1 Dual Pressure Filter
1 Return Line Filter
1 Set of Accumulators for Normal Operation
1 Set of Accumulators for Reserve Operation
1 Manifold containing the Valving for Normal Inching
Operation and Emergency Divert Operations
1 Set of Alarm Switches and Gauges to Monitor
Operation
1 Electrical Enclosure with Terminal Box
2 1 Local Annunciator to indicate faults
