Drug-clean mixed mode SPE columns
Efficient : higher recoveries with minimal impurities compared to single mode extractions Multi-functional : extract acidic, neutral, and basic compounds with a single SPE bed Reproducible : true copolymer is cleaner and more accurate than mixed beds
Drug-Clean phases are true copolymeric packings with both reversed-phase and ion exchange groups. Drug-Clean C is a C8/SCX cation function. This is used to retain neutral or amine containing compounds while allowing carboxylate groups to pass through. Drug-Clean A is a C8/SAX anion function. In this case the neutral or carboxylate compounds are retained and the amine group retention is minimized. Each box of columns includes extraction methods for the most popular NIDA drugs of abuse. Additional methods are available on Alltech’s website.
