E6500 and E6700 Bench Top Evaporators
Coaters designed to meet the exacting demands of today´s Electron Microscopist Modern electron microscopy demands a versatile coater that is space saving, flexible and reliable.

The E6700 bench top evaporators offer this and more. The E6700 enables SEM and TEM sample preparation; for example, carbon support films, preparation of replicas, shadowing, aperture cleaning, etc. SEM sputter coating can be done by the addition of a ´cool´ sputtering head and power supply.

Choice of vacuum system to serve your application
Choose between the Diffusion Pumped E6300 and the Turbo Molecular Pumped E6700; both presented in attractive, compact housings, with standard stainless steel base plate, TEM work chamber jigging set with bell jar and implosion guard.

Compact bench top design
Large 10" (250mm) diameter chamber ? allows user to set Evaporation sources at wide variety of heights and angles with respect to samples.
TEM and SEM coating - standard evaporation set has carbon and metal filament sources. Sputtering available as an option
