The motion detection system EL-MODEC is designed for applications in video surveillance on distributed sites. Video cameras are monitoring constantly for any motion, triggering alarms in case they detect movements. The image sequence in question is buffered for inspection, evaluation and for archiving.
EL-MODEC is ideal for larger installations, where many cameras are used and the distance to the central archiving server is from 50 to 1000 m. Since image data is sent only in case of an alarm, the system can be enlarged to a virtually unlimited number of intelligent cameras - without overloading the network or the PC. Local short-term buffering capabilities further enhance the stability of the network against overloads.
- Video surveillance with motion detection - Up to 16 cameras per system - Display and record alarm images for a central security system - Set up parameters for cameras using standard PC web browsers (internal web server) - Fully configurable motion detection with user-defined regions of interest - Virtually unlimited number of cameras in a system - Ethernet-based wide-area image transmission - Pre and post alarm recording - Download - Datasheet - Downloadcenter
